Our local Board of Trade supports the CIP the town is proposing. In a letter written supporting the CIP, the group made a very interesting observation. Bradford has been designated as a growth hub for Simcoe County. This means the CIP supports the idea of growth within existing areas that are currently urban.
We do have some stakeholder support, as I mentioned in my post is needed. While a good start, it’s not enough. We need local residents to weigh in. Why? Because your taxes will be used to fund the CIP.
What is your opinion about the Board of Trades position?
